Yesterday Tanisha and Erica came up for a couple of hours of shooting as I build my portfolio and attempt to figure things out and learn.  There were some AMAZING shots, when your models are gorgeous to begin with it makes it alot easier.  If I don't have a meltdown about storage this afternoon you will find me in post-production on the photos and posting them later.  But for now here are three quick ones:

I have been working all

morning on the post work for the pictures from the all day sales forum meeting on Thursday.  Given how hard it was to work the light in that room I have spent more time then ever on them.  I will get a link up to them soon but until then I did a couple of orton photos.

last night I dropped my camera.  I was trying to get a picture of myself to try this photoshop technique and I had it up on a tripod on my desk.  It was sitting on some books so it would be high enough and as I sat down on the chair my backdrop came down and the camera fell forward off hte table.  The sound that came out of me could only be heard by my dog and I think I had it back in my hands nano-seconds after it hit the ground.  But it hit the ground anyway.  I appears to be ok.  This is the picture I took immediatley after that:

And it appears to be ok, but how will I ever know.  How will I know what kind of internal damage I have done.  One of the seams seems to have come a bit loose, almost like its cracked - but I don't know.
